The Ordinary Pycnogenol 5%

Only two of our products have a natural deep red shade due to the natural raw ingredients being used. One of them being our very unique, very powerful plant-derived antioxidant – The Ordinary Pycnogenol 5%.

Pycnogenol® protects the skin against not-so-friendly environmental stressors by preventing their potentially negative effects before they are able to cause damage. Pycnogenol ® is a natural plant extract derived from the pine bark of French maritime pine trees.

Pycnogenol® contains procyanidins, bioflavonoids, and organic acids that work in synergy to rejuvenate the skin, with the aim of enhancing skin radiance and elasticity while nourishing the skin from the inside out.⁣ ⁣This formula can be applied alone, or after water-based serums, before oils or heavier creams, AM or PM. Alternatively, you may mix with other treatments to enhance their antioxidant capacity. Please kindly note that we do not recommend combining Pycnogenol® with products containing copper peptides.

Please note, due to its non-artificial deep red hue, this product may stain. Please remember to wash your hands after application unless your favourite colour is red.
